This month saw the culmination of Northamptonshire’s first Best Bar None Awards where venues from around the county achieved accreditation under the scheme and competed to become Best Bar None.
Best Bar None aims to reward licensees who provide good management a safe and enjoyable environment for customers, discourage binge drinking and prevent alcohol-related crime. It encourages licensees to act responsibly and take pride in their premises and surroundings and in doing so put something back into the county and their local community. But the biggest winners in Best Bar None are the residents and visitors to Northamptonshire who are able to reap the rewards of a county that is more welcoming attractive, lively and above all safe. • Click here to see more images from the Awards evening •

Winners were presented with their awards at the Northamptonshire Enterprise Awards black tie dinner held at Sywell Aerodrome’s Hanger No. 1 venue attended by over 200 guests.
